Comfortable accommodation with convenient setting close to Franklin for races at Kentucky Downs and Kentucky Downs.

This place is wonderfully located near Kentucky Downs and the casino, with a variety of food options in the bar and helpful staff allowing for early check-in.

Thanks for providing us with a nice stay. The hotel is an ideal base for a weekend in Franklin. King room is modern, has a clean bathroom. Nice touch to have central heating, cable TV and a sitting area. Minutes from most sightseeings, the location is favourable right by Franklin for races at Kentucky Downs...

Cleaning and very enjoyable

I stayed in a pet-friendly room with a comfortable bed, and the breakfast here had a wide variety of options and delicious food!

We went out for breakfast ( not much to choose from at their breakfast room.)

It was quite a surprise. Wasn't expecting much but it has a fridge microwave and comfortable beds. Great value for the little bit of money we sent

This location offers modern and updated rooms with comfortable beds, conveniently situated near both Franklin, KY and Kentucky.

Location was good. Close to restaurants and right off the interstate.

The rooms smelled like they sprayed something in them to cover up another smell. The deadbolt lock did not work and the air conditioning was very noisy an was hard to sleep. They did give us another room but it still smelled and the air conditioner was still noisy. Only stayed 3 nights but it was a long 3 nights. Would not stay there again. The only thing good was $55.00 a night. They did say they were renovating the second floor so maybe it will be better in the future.

i had the queen room which was perfectly clean and perfect with 2 bed non smoking with breakfast included. the hotel was in a marvellous location, in that area for 15 years.

Favourable and quiet location just off Franklin for races at Kentucky Downs, restaurants, and Kentucky Downs, could not be better. Also, in that area for 15 years. Pet-friendly and new-fashioned room plus with good bed. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

Very rude staff!

We stayed at a motel located in a quiet area away from downtown. It was conveniently near the interstate, making it easy to travel. The staff were attentive and listened to our concerns about check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. Although there was no breakfast provided, we were able to find nearby cafes for a quick bite. the motel offered a great location and satisfactory service.

The noise level on Saturday night was a bit high.

The rooms with 2 beds and breakfast included. Outstandingly accommodating staff who gave a few recommendations. Fantastic service and good location just off the casino and restaurants.

The manager accommodated my needs. Attention to detail was great. Comfortable and soft bed. Convenient location. Clean and well-maintained property. Surprisingly clean room. Decently comfortable bed. Affordable and close to amenities.
